Kiss Daniel’s former record label G-Worldwide has dragged him to court – The label says he has violated a court order filed against him after he set up his own record label – They have also warned the general public from doing business with him It appears all is not well between popular musician Kiss Daniel and his former record label G-Worldwide as the latter has taken him to court.
Kiss Daniel had announced on social media that he has launched his own record label Flyboy INC and as a result anyone who wants to do business with him should do so via his new company.
However G-Worldwide writing via their lawyers Calmhill Partners in a statement obtained by NAIJ.com revealed that Kiss Daniel had no right to set up a new label because he still has a contract with them. Also, the release of his new song titled No Do under Flyboy is a violation of a court order by a Federal High Court.
