WGB @ 3: We Are Rewarding Customers, Agents – Sulaiman

The Executive Director of Nigeria leading betting company Winner Golden Bet (WGB), Mr Olabanji Sulaiman has unveiled his company next agenda of bringing Nigeria out of recession.

Sulaiman who stated this during press conference ahead of the 3rd year anniversary celebration in Lagos said WGB is bringing three new games which will interest all sports betting customers. “First and foremost I will like to thank all our staff, agents, customers and those who have been part of our success story.

“We are unveiling our Ambassador, Jayson because he’s a upcoming artist with talent”.

“Three new games which will interest all sports betting customers is coming on our platform.

“We have made lots of people millionaires, because the average winnings we pay on a daily basis is more than N15m.

He stated further by highlighting challenges in the business such as power supply and over taxation by the government “there are many challenges in this business. Electricity supply and over taxation by government, this is a situation whereby we pay both state and federal governments tax”.

He noted that since the company came on board they have been engaging in community oriented programs as way of given back to the people, such as being the sole sponsor of Lagos State FA Cup among others”.

When asked why WGB didn’t include Nigeria Professional Premier League (NPFL) and Lagos FA on his platform but focus more on foreign leagues Sulaiman said Nigeria fall under fraud/match fixing league “there are countries that are prone to fraud which Nigeria fall on”, said Sulaiman. He continued “I can categorically tell you that even the Lagos FA that we sponsor we cannot include it on our because of the level of where the country fall on.

“For example English Premier League is not the best league in the world but is well marketable and difficult to predict because any team can win from either home or away. On the celebration Sulaiman said this year’s celebration is will be a memorable as ‘Pick Up My Call’ crooner, Adekunle Gold and Comedian Olufemi Fagade aka Omobaba will grace the event “this year’s celebration is going to be a memorable one, we are expecting people from all over the nation. To make it one of it kind, popular musician Adekunle Gold will perform as special artist while comedian Omobaba will entertain us”.

The event which theme tagged ‘Year of Raising Millionaires’ will take place on Tuesday, 14th February, 2017 at Classique event place, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos, where agents will be awarded and rewarded while customers also will play raffle draw and win lots of gift items.

Speaking earlier Mr Jide Shiwolu, CEO blackcarpet media promoter of Jayson said the upcoming artist will soon hit the music industry with his hits songs and also to give WGB new face “Jayson is a brand himself, he will give WGB another face,” Shiwolu said.

He added that “very soon he (Jayson) will hit the industry with his songs because he’s a promising upcoming artist with lots of talent”, said Shiwolu.
