5 Soldiers, 25 Civilians Dies In Adamawa Bomb Explosion


Its been reported that about 5 soldiers and 25 civilians have been killed in an explosion at Madagani, Adamawa state.

An eye witness account narrated that the bomb blast occurred early today through a roadside bomb planted by Boko Haram terrorists. He said the bomb explosion occurred near the town of Mubi, close to the Cameroonian border.

According to BBC News, several buses were on fire at the roadside after the explosion that happened precisely in Mrabar-Mubi.

This week, Mubi was recaptured from Islamist group, Boko Haram, which controlled many towns in the region.

In April, the group kidnapped more than 200 schoolgirls in the town of Chibok, causing international outrage.
