MMM Money Earned Without Efforts Will Be Lost Without Efforts – Adeolu Akinyemi

In an interaction with Ayodele Olubuse, Adeolu Akinyemi, the Convener of #Mentorship Session with deolu, and CEO of Generis Solutions speaks on the chances of Nigerian youths and the opportunities that are available in the present day Nigerian economy.

Question: What are the things you think that youths could be doing to create opportunities in this harsh economy?

Answer: well, I think youths need to know that nobody is going to drop opportunity on their laps, they have the responsibility of carrying their laps to where opportunity is coming. I think it is irresponsible to expect that government would come and take care of you. It is also irresponsible for you to think that somebody from somewhere would come and take care of you and then support and mentor you. You need to take the burden of ownership for what you want to achieve. So, make up your mind, this is what I want to do then go for it, if you need to go for the lessons, then learn and if u need to gain experience then do that and gain experience. If you need to volunteer, volunteer. Experience is not what you are paid to do, the gain is that you did it. You look for every opportunity you have to maximize your potentials.

Question: There are few opportunities in Nigeria now. Is that statement true?

Answer: no, it’s not true. I think there are plenty of opportunities for those who are looking for them, for those who are waiting for them, there is nothing.

Question: Do you agree times are harder now?

Answer: No, I do not. I think most of our youths are after money than values. The youths can’t attain anything until they gain experience, so find somewhere where you can engage yourself.  Don’t look for money first because, you have to learn before you earn and then ultimately you will make the best of opportunity to develop value in yourself and then you will have goodwill and credibility, with that, someone can trust you from the foundation of your business.

Question: On the government side, what do you think they should be doing more right now?

Answer: I think the government is doing a lot actually now, they are trying to stimulate the economy by making different things available. I think people just need to pay attention, put their ears close to the ground and ensure that when things are shaping up, they can participate as well.

Question: There is a business network (MMM) where people have been putting their money and getting 30 percent profit, what do you have to say about that?

Answer: I think it destroys work purpose, it makes people more lazy and whatever money you make from there, take my words,  give yourself 10 years you will not find it, because, what is earned without efforts will be lost without efforts. Thank you very much.

This is one of the true talk, I have ever seen in this recession. Opportunities are everywhere.
Also on ScaMMM: “what is earned without efforts will be lost without efforts.”
Thank you very much Mr Adeolu Akinyemi.

But how can you organize this Mentorship Session for the youth only on how we can locate this opportunity.
